As soon as your order has been received, we will look together for a suitable moment to place the furniture in your new home. Expat Furniture Holland can deliver your furniture on any day you want, except for Sundays and Holidays.

It is easy to arrange for the delivery your furniture. Within our ordering process, we guide you through steps to the final package. The rental period you choose determines the discount percentage. The longer you rent, the cheaper it becomes per month. In the ordering process, you can compose and expand your entire package as desired. For example, you can choose between a one or two-person box spring, a large or a small wardrobe and add products as desired.

You only have to rent 3 articles to use the service of Student Furniture HOlland. The more furniture you rent, the cheaper it will eventually become per piece of furniture. In the ordering process, you are easily guided through the steps to arrive at your ideal composition.

Expat Furniture Holland brings your furniture all the way into your new home and puts everything together and in the desired place in your house. Even if you live on the thirtieth floor without a lift, we will brave all those stairs to furnish your accommodation.

The furniture is largely designed and produced by Expat Furniture Holland from sustainable materials. Therefore, we can ensure that every piece of furniture fits through every stairwell, so you don't have to worry about anything. Much of the furniture was designed based on a needs analysis conducted among expats. Expat Furniture Holland rents out all the furniture you need for a carefree stay in the Netherlands, from wardrobes to a complete set-up.

The furniture you receive from Expat Furniture Holland will be equivalent to what is shown in the photos. Your furniture may differ slightly from the photo but there will not be much difference. All our furniture is characterized by the use of sustainably produced wood.

The price you pay at Expat Furniture Holland largely depends on the duration of your rental period. The longer you rent, the cheaper it becomes per month. In the ordering process, you can easily determine your furniture package and time period and therefore determine the price yourself.

You can rent furniture for any desired period. The longer you rent, the cheaper it becomes. Free delivery is already included with a rental period of 2 months or longer.

The solution is simple. Please indicate the minimum period you will need the furniture. You can then easily extend your rental period in your account.

In the Netherlands you always have 14 days to cancel your order. Do you want to cancel your order? Let us know within 14 days of ordering and we will make sure that your rental, if it is not yet delivered, is canceled free of charge.

You do this by sending us an email with the new desired end date of your furniture rental.

The furniture is of high quality. Most of the furniture has already been rented by other expats, but it is always thoroughly cleaned and checked for any defects after the rental period. That way you always have furniture of high quality. However, there may be traces of use.

Expat Furniture Holland understands that furniture can be damaged by intensive use. A scratch? Don't worry, traces of use are of course unavoidable. In case of excessive wear and tear, we will reach a settlement with you in accordance with the general terms and conditions.

A broken piece of furniture cannot be ruled out. We will of course look for the best solution together with you. Where necessary, we will provide a replacement item. In accordance with the general terms and conditions, we will further settle the damage with you.

You can pay by bank transfer, Ideal or credit card. Of course, you will be directed to a completely secure payment environment where you will be guided through the payment process in a few simple steps. After you have paid the first month of your rental period including the deposit, you will receive a monthly email from us including an invoice. You can also easily pay that invoice by bank transfer, Ideal or credit card. The deposit will of course be refunded to you at the end of the rental period if the furniture is still in good condition.
